Aims of the establishment
Good relationships
We aim to foster good relations with children, staff, parents, carers and the local community. We aim to develop parental partnerships, encouraging parents to become involved at a variety of levels in order to support children's developing and learning.
Links with the community and agencies
We aim to foster good relations with both the community and outside agencies.
Equal opportunities
We aim to ensure equal opportunities, regardless of sex, race, colour or religion all children are individuals and are treated as such.
Nursery environment
We aim to provide quality childcare in a safe, secure and stimulating environment in which children can feel happy, relaxed and encourages them to reach their full potential. We aim to create and maintain a positive ethos and a feeling of citizenship.
Curriculum
We aim to provide a curriculum that takes account of children's individual development needs and help them progress and allows them to learn through play.
Our staff team
We aim as a staff team to provide the best service possible and to constantly be evaluating to see ways in which we can improve the service we provide.
Approachable
We aim to always be approachable and available to parents, children and staff.
Treat the children like our own
We aim to treat the children with love and respect and to treat them as if they were our own children.
Stimulate and challenge
We aim to provide opportunities to stimulate interest, imagination, challenge thinking, and the ability of children to communicate ideas and feelings in a variety of ways to give children independence, knowledge and confidence to take forward to their school years.
